Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — cancel from your account settings whenever you like. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Does the 7-day trial require a credit card?
Yes. We collect your card details through Stripe to activate the trial, but you won't be charged until the 7-day trial ends. Cancel any time before then at no cost.
What happens after the trial?
After 7 days your subscription starts automatically at the rate of the plan you chose. You can cancel earlier from your account dashboard — no contracts, no commitments.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel during the trial to avoid the first charge, and at any time to stop future renewals. We review incorrect or duplicate charges, non-performance, and delivery failures in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Starting the digital service immediately does not limit your other consumer rights. See our Refund Policy.
Can AI tools and LLMs access your data?
Yes. The Investor plan includes structured JSON / CSV data exports, compatible with OpenAI, Claude, and other AI workflows. Our sitemap and llms.txt are also publicly accessible to crawlers.
How is your data different from searching on Google?
We aggregate official rate-sale notices from council public notices and state government gazettes into a single normalised database — updated daily. You get valuation/assessment numbers, reserve prices, auction dates, and historical results in one place, not scattered across hundreds of official sources.
Is there an API?
Yes. The public read-only REST API, the OpenAPI schema, and the RSS feed are available in beta. API keys, quotas, and an SLA for institutional or bulk access require a commercial arrangement.
