You can cancel from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next automatic charge. You keep access until the end of the paid period, unless you request immediate closure. Keep the confirmation we send by email.
During the trial you can cancel at no charge. Before you subscribe we show its length, the price afterwards, the billing frequency and the automatic renewal. If a charge is made even though you cancelled in time, due to an error on our side, we will refund it in full.
A subscription enables immediate digital access, and preparation of documents begins once payment is confirmed. Because the service starts straight away, you no longer have a right to change your mind and cancel for a refund once it has begun. This is shown before payment and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for failure to supply, non-delivery, a duplicate charge, misleading information or a faulty service.
We will review and, as appropriate, correct, re-supply or refund where there is a duplicate charge or a charge after a valid cancellation; a price different from the one confirmed; substantial unavailability attributable to us; an inability to prepare a paid document within the stated time; or any other case required by the applicable law.
If the document is still being prepared, you will see that status on the listing. If we cannot deliver it within the stated time, you can choose to wait for a firm new date or receive a refund. A disagreement with the outcome of a correctly delivered report will be reviewed case by case, without affecting your consumer guarantees.
Write to support@australiantaxsales.com.au from your account email and give the date, amount, description and the last four digits or the visible identifier on the receipt — never send your full card number or security codes. We will acknowledge receipt and tell you the outcome by email.
Where a refund applies, we will return it to the same payment method without improper deductions. The final credit depends on your card issuer or bank. We will always meet any timeframes required by the Australian Consumer Law and will process approved refunds promptly, typically within 10 business days of approval.
Nothing in this policy prevents you from complaining to the ACCC or your state or territory consumer protection agency, or from taking the matter to the relevant court or tribunal. We do not make handling a complaint conditional on giving up your legal rights.
